Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM (Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). The hoster automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits. This includes IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer and time of the server request.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of the website.

Cookies and consent

The consent banner on this website is self-hosted. It is built on the open source library vanilla-cookieconsent, which is served entirely from this server. No connection to a consent service takes place, and your decision is not logged anywhere - it stays in your browser only. A necessary cookie (cc_cookie) stores it for six months. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time via "Change consent" in the footer of every page.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie is usually transmitted to and stored on a Google server.

According to Google, IP addresses of users in the EU are neither logged nor stored. They are used solely to derive an approximate location and are discarded immediately afterwards. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent via the banner). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

Google reCAPTCHA

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 for spam protection. It is loaded on the contact page only, not on the rest of the site. reCAPTCHA collects personal data (including your IP address) and transmits it to Google Ireland Limited.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Without this protection a publicly reachable contact form cannot be operated, the legitimate interest lies in fending off automated requests. If you would rather avoid it, write to the email address given above instead.

Google Maps

This website embeds Google Maps to display the business location. When loading the map, data is transmitted to Google Ireland Limited (including your IP address).

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in presenting the business location).

Contact form

When you contact us via the form, the data you provide (name, email address, message) will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry. This data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
